Summer 2021 Highlights

Hey there, it's been a while but in my defence, I've been thoroughly technically-challenged throughout this summer with various technology which has at times been rather fickle and that's putting it mildly. Anyway, here's a selection of what I've been up to.

Fish and chips at the beach with grandchildren and my Mum. No seagulls, thankfully.

Lots of time spent with these ones. Always a delight.

Enjoyed the small harvest from my pepper plant, grown from seed.

Round and round the garden.

Great apple harvest this year.

Also, superb tomato harvest and all from seed from very expensive tomatoes I bought from the local farm shop but which were so tasty, I decided to grown my own.

Special request from my old work to go in and make a good supply of Redcurrant Jelly. Not a bad result if I do say so myself! Tastes divine too.

That's it for now but more to come when the machines stop revolting.

Hope everyone is safe and well in your own little corners of the world.

Ciao for now.

    1. Thanks mate. I'm still locked out of my 'owner's' account on Chromebook so can only use it in 'guest' mode for the time being so can't access everything yet and it doesn't save stuff therefore have to use it immediately or it's gone! I started this post this afternoon, had a break then came back to it later. Will write soon.xxx

I've never tried redcurrant jelly, probably because it's something I associate with roast lamb! xxx
